Cheltenham Festival Day Three

It is true to say there have been plenty of winners and losers so fair in this years Cheltenham Festival, but with plenty of races still to come, if you have not been having the best of luck so far, there is still more than enough chances for you to get back into profit!

With that in mind I am now going to be taking a quick run through todays line up of races at Cheltenham and be giving a few pointers regarding just which horses are going to be worth betting on.

The action does of course kick off today at Cheltenham on the first race of the day that being the 13:30 race, and in the early betting markets it is Invitation Only who leads the betting markets at odds of 3/1.

However, there are a couple of horses that could beat the favourite and those include both Terrefort who is currently on offer at odds of 4/1and also Modus  who in my opinion is slightly overpriced at odds of 8/1!

Moving onto the second race of the day that being the 14;10 race, the favourite is not by any stretch of the imagination a red-hot favourite to win for the odds on that horse, that being Glenloe are 6/1

If I am tempted to have a bet on this race then I would be looking much further afield than the favourite and picking out one of the runners whose odds are in double digits and two that fit the bill perfectly and may have what it takes to win are A Great View at 12/1 or even Mine Now as an each way punt at 20/1

Can Un De Sceaux Win?

In the 14:50 race this afternoon at Cheltenham all eyes are of course going to be on Can Un De Sceaux who is currently available at plenty of bookmakers and betting sites at odds of 11/10 who does appear to have been trained to win this race.

Whilst that horse could get up to win the race, there are some people who are still convinced that Douvan         at odds of 5/2 is a much better bet, and there is a huge difference of opinion as to whether Cue Card is going to regain past form and wipe the floor with the opposition at odds of 9/2, but either way it does look like one of those three are going to win!

Let me know move onto the 15:30 race, and this is a race which sees Sam Spinner pencilled in as the favourite at odds of 7/2, there are plenty of other horses in with a shout though.

As such if you are of the mind, and a lot of people are, that Sam Spinner is not going to win this race then it may be worth having a bet on Yanworth at odds of 6/1 and possible Supasundae, Apple’s Jade or even Unowhatimeanharry all of whom can be had currently at odds of 7/1.

Last Goodbye to Win the 16:10

I am convinced beyond any doubt that the Last Goodbye is going to win the 16:10 race at Cheltenham today, so much so I am about to set off to the local bookies and place a big bet at odds of 10 to 1.

If you are planning on betting on this race then take a look at the form of that horse and its headgear and you will see I do think it is going to take an amazing horse to beat Last Goodbye, of which there is none running in the race that will do so!

Moving onto the next race, that being the Cheltenham 16:50 race I do feel there is only going o be one winner of that race and that is Laurina however I doubt you are going to get rich betting on it for the odds of that horse are just 8/13.

I you are planning on betting on any of the races that I have covered above made sure that you shop around for there are going to be a lot of differences regarding the odds you will be offered form several different betting sites.

Also, consider opening up a betting site account at a bookmakers or betting site you have never gambled at or held an account at before, as by doing so you are then going to be offered all manner of additional incentive when you make a deposit and place your very first bet!
