Chinese Grand Prix

The time is running out if you fancy placing a bet on the 2018 Chinese Grand Prix, which if you didn’t know is a Formula One motor race that started on the 13th of April and is finishing today.

That race is being held at the Shanghai International Circuit in China and currently it is looking like the Ferrari driver S Vettel is going to be the most likely winner for his odds are currently1/2, so if you wish to bet on the favourite he is the man you should be placing your money on!

Regarding the many betting markets that are open on this year’s Chinese Formula One Grand Prix the second favourite to win is the Mercedes driver L Hamilton and the best odds I have seen are 100/30 so if he is the driver you have been following then those odds are somewhat appealing for sure.

The odds on the other drivers taking part in the race do tend to be much higher obviously and the third favourite to win is the Ferrari driver K. Raikkonen     and you could be tempted to place a bet at his current odds if you do think he is in with a chance still of winning and those odds for reference are 6/1

Another Mercedes driver who could just win this event is V. Bottas and whilst there has not been the volume of wagers placed on him as there have been on the above-named drivers his odds of winning are 10/1.

Huge Odds on All Other Drivers

As you would expect, the odds on each of the other drivers who are still in the running to win the Chinese Grand Prix are huge, and as such let me now give you some ideas of who you may be interested in placing a bet on if you are prepared to take a few risks.

The two Red Bull drivers that being M. Verstappen at odds of 25/1 and D Ricciardo at 40/1 are still in with a tiny chance of winning, but all the other drivers are on offer at huge odds as there is very little chance they could possibly win.

Take for example the Renault driver N. Hulkenberg if for whatever reason you are convinced he is going to win this bet you will find some mega priced odds coming your way, and the best ones I have so far found are 400/1

Several drivers are penciled up on many betting markets at odds of 500/1 to win this race and those drivers include the McLaren driver F. Alonso the Force India driver S. Perez, and both the Haas driver R. Grosjean and the Renault driver C. Sainz.

Just keep in mind though that those huge odds are on offer for a reason, that being they have very little chance what so ever of winning his event, so if you are thinking of betting on them for whatever reason do not go too overboard with the stakes you place on them.

Drivers Who Are 1000/1 to Win

They do say that as long as a driver and team is in a grand prix they still have a chance of winning, and as such in this final section of my news report on the Chinese Grand Prix let me now enlighten you on just which drivers have virtually no chance of winning that event.

The chances of any of the following drivers winning are tiny so much so that you will quite easily be able to get odds of 1000/1 on any of them from no shortages of online betting sites or sportsbooks, however if you do want to place a bet on them you will need to be quick of course as today is the final day of this event!

The drivers who are available at those huge odds of 1000/1 include the McLaren driver S. Vandoorne, the Williams driver L. Stroll, the Haas driver K. Magnussen, the Sauber driver C. Leclerc, the Williams driver S. Sirotkin the Toro Rosso driver B. Hartley, the Toro Rosso driver P. Gasly the Force India driver E. Ocon and finally the Sauber driver M. Ericsson.

There are some additional side bets and wagers that you are also going to be able to place on the Chinese Grand Prix and it will be dependent on the betting sites you choose to place your best and wagers at as to just how many additional types of Grand Prix related wagers you are going to be able to place.
