You haven’t got long to place your bets on this year’s BMW PGA Championship for it ends tomorrow, and that does of course mean if you fancy one of the golfers taking part in that event and he continues to play well his odds are going to drop quite significantly later today and tomorrow too.
With that in mind I am going to be giving you a quick insight into the way the betting markets are moving below and will enlighten you on the odds you are going to currently be offered on several golfers taking part in that event, but only if you act quickly and place your bets right away.
As is always the case though, I am happy to let you know that each of our featured betting sites are offering outright winner betting markets on the BMW PGA Championship, so you will not find it very difficult to get a bet on but do shop around for those betting markets are going to be volatile ones as they are now in-play ones!
Regarding the player who is looking like he will lift the trophy and win the title along with the huge prize purse on offer on this event, that honour goes to Rory McIlroy, and most betting sites are going 4/7 on him winning, so if he is a personal favourite of yours and those odds are not too restrictive then get your money down rather quickly is going to be my advice!
Each-Way Pays Positions 1,2,3 at 1/4 the Odds
If you do want to try and get some real betting value then it may just pay dividends for you to forget about betting to win on the current favourite that of course being Rory McIlroy, and instead have an each-way bet on the BMW PGA Championship.
By doing so you will find plenty of betting sites that are going to be offering you one quarter of the win odds if you pick the golfer who finishes in one of the top three positions on this tournament, and there are plenty of golfers available at big odds that may just win of course!
There are four golfers that I do feel have the skills and abilities of taking a god tournament such as this one in their stride and they are Tommy Fleetwood who should give you an excellent run for your money at his current odds of 8/1.
Then there is Alexander Noren who should, in my opinion, finish on one of the to three positions quite easily, and if you agree with me then his current outright win odds are 12/1 so there will be a winning opportunity even if you bet on him via an each-way bet!
Two other golfers that I would certainly not put you off betting on and two that do come with much better odds regarding betting on them each0way are Francesco Molinari whose current odds are 18/1 align with Branden Grace whose win odds are 20/1.
Total Outsiders to Win the BMW PGA Championship
Let me now look at the complete outsiders to win this year’s BMW PGA Championship, for you may just fancy the huge odds associated with any of the following golfers and to be honest if everything does fall into place for any of them they could win!
One golfer who is available at three figures is Shane Lowry, now he may not be a golfer that you have heard of or follow, but with odds of 100/1 about him winning, there is an each-way bet in the making there if you are prepared to take a few risks that he is going to suddenly find his very best form and at least get placed in this event.
Another golfer that could win, and anything is possible in this type of golf tournament is Lee Westwood Lee and you will be rewarded with some huge odds of 125/1 if you do decide to bet on him!
Paul Casey is on offer at odds of 150/1, so if by some fluke of chance he did finish in the top three positions a quarter of those odds does look appealing, you will also find that Ryan Fox is on offer at odds of 200/1, Alexander Bjork can be had at 250/1, however if you bet on Matthew Southgate at 500/1 or Richard Wallis at 750/1 your chances of getting a winning pay-out will be low, but if you do the pay-out will be high!
